Dust & Debris Cleanup
- Remove light construction dust from accessible surfaces
- Vacuum floors, corners, edges, and accessible crevices
- Sweep and mop hard floors
- Remove small non-hazardous leftover debris and packaging
- Dust doors, frames, trim, ledges, and baseboards
- Wipe accessible vents and registers
Surface Detailing
- Wipe counters, shelving, cabinets, and built-ins
- Clean cabinet and drawer fronts
- Clean sinks, faucets, tubs, showers, and toilets
- Clean mirrors and interior glass within reach
- Wipe switches, outlets, handles, and fixtures
- Spot-clean light residue on finished surfaces where safe
Final Touch Cleaning
- Final vacuum, sweep, and mop
- Polish visible fixtures where appropriate
- Clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces
- Remove remaining fingerprints and smudges
- Empty cleaning-related trash
- Final walkthrough of cleaned areas
Before We Arrive
- Construction work should be substantially complete
- Large construction debris should be removed by the contractor
- Utilities and safe access should be available
- Hazardous materials, chemicals, nails, and sharp construction waste are not included
